Our Story

Tap HR was created by our Founder, Trish Hewitt, to provide businesses with easy access to HR services. We know not every business needs a dedicated HR team but still need support from HR professionals. Our team has years of experience in their fields and aim to provide a high quality service to all our customers.


We love what we do and our passion for our fields is infectious. Our mission is to simplify HR processes one business at a time by giving businesses access to our amazing HR Team.

Trish Hewitt

Founder & Managing Director

Trish set up Tap HR to allow businesses to have access to great HR and L&D professionals via a quick and easy to use platform. A Fellow of the CIPD, she has over 18 years experience within a variety of different sectors which means she's seen a lot of things in her time! Trish loves working with new businesses and demonstrating the value that great HR services can provide.

Get to know Trish...

Trish is a mum of twins, keeps tropical fish, is a huge fan of anything Marvel and has an English Bulldog called Dexter. Trish loves all things technology, can play the Flute and loves nothing more than singing along to a good Whitney Houston tune.

Anita Arscott Brookes 

Learning and Development Consultant

Arscott Brookes Consultancy

Having worked with our Founder for over 5 years, Anita is by far one of the best learning and development professionals in her field with over 20 years experience in various industries, we're delighted to have her working in partnership with Tap HR. 

Get to know Anita....

Anita is an adrenaline junkie, a mum of two and loves jumping out of planes, hurtling down a zip wire and brings sunshine into everyones lives. Anita loves spending time with her family and friends.

Charlotte Fordyce

HR Specialist

Charlotte has 10 years of generalist HR experience and was recognised earlier this year on the CIPD’s 30 Under 30 list. Charlotte has worked on numerous HR projects including systems implementations and flexible benefits packages and uses data and personalisation to help companies ensure their employees feel valued as individuals.

Get to know Charlotte....

Charlotte loves anything musical theatre related and, when she isn’t frequenting a West End theatre, can be found at home reading a detective novel with her dwarf rabbit, Sebastian. Like Trish, she is a huge Marvel fan and can always be found in her local IMAX as soon as a new film is released.

Shelly Hill

Talent Acquisition Consultant

Shelly has over 10 years experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Having worked as an in-house and external recruiter, Shelly has extensive experience and knowledge to be able to support our clients. Shelly is an expert at attracting high quality talent to businesses including managing a variety of positions across numerous sectors.

Shelly is a mum of two and loves the finer things in life. Shelly has two English Bulldogs, related to our Chief Canine Officer, and when she's not being a busy mum and successful business woman loves frequenting a spa.



Chief Canine Officer

Dexter supports our team with all our canine needs. He provides support with snuffles, grunts, eating treats and cuddles where required. An expert in sleeping literally anywhere, Dexter is likely to provide support during video calls with our Founder.

Get to know Dexter....

Dexter will do anything for a snack and loves sunbathing in the garden whenever possible.
