Smart HR support for smart businesses.

Webinar Cancellations

Tap HR reserves the right to cancel a webinar due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Tap HR cancels a webinar, registrants will be offered a full refund. Where a refund is to be provided due to the cancellation of a webinar by Tap HR, all refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a webinar, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new or an alternative webinar.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone, or e-mail, please email hithere@taphr.co.uk if you wish to cancel a webinar space.

The above applies to all Tap HR Webinars, including those facilitated by Arscott-Brookes Consultancy, unless otherwise noted in the corresponding webinar marketing information.

Should we have to cancel a webinar, we do not accept responsibility for any travel, accommodation or other costs which may have been incurred by any delegate.
