The 10th of October 2022 is World Mental Health Day. Today's theme is Make mental health and well-being for all a global priority. Run by the World Federation for Mental Health, the organisation has campaigned for 70 years to make sure that mental health concerns are treated on par with physical health concerns. World Mental Health Day is a great time to talk about mental health in general, although we firmly believe that any day is a good day to talk about mental health, it's also brilliant to have days that raise awareness.
